Covington – Mrs. Elizabeth Hunt age 85 years passed away at her home on Third Street early on Thursday morning Dec 20 (1945). She had been in failing health for a number of months. Mrs. Hunt was the widow of the late Edward Hunt and was a member of one of the pioneer families of this community. She was born June 16, 1880 in Troy Township, a daughter of James P. and Susan Hannah-Sharon and lived her entire life here. Her husband passed away in 1941. She is survived by two children, a son and daughter, Sharon Hunt, a business man of this city for many years and Mrs. James Hastings also one granddaughter, Mrs. Max Layton. - kbz
